Lead SIU Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead SIU Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced investigative support and assist in onboarding and training of new hires

Conduct investigations into suspicious claims and prepare detailed investigative reports

Support the SIU Supervisor in reinforcing investigative standards and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum three years of SIU investigative experience, preferably in auto-related fraud investigations

Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide peer guidance

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience reviewing investigative reports for quality and compliance

Familiarity with fraud indicators, investigative techniques, and CDI reporting requirements

Preferred : supervisory or team-lead experience in an investigative or claims environment
