McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., is seeking Electrical Helpers to join our SCADA Facility in Baytown, TX . In this role, you’ll support daily operations and assist our electrical team with a variety of tasks and responsibilities to help keep projects running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in assembling electrical panels, cable trays, conduit runs, and junction boxes.

Support layout and installation of conduit runs per shop standards.

Attention to safety, detail, and quality.

Team-focused.

Communicate inconsistencies / issues to a supervisor immediately.

Take pride in the work while maintaining a positive attitude.
