Lead AR Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead AR Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Monitors changes in reimbursement policies and maintains quality standards for staff

Audits, codes, and analyzes third-party reimbursements to enhance revenue

Reviews complex rejections and assists in composing clinical appeals as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma with additional post-secondary courses in medical billing and terminology

Three years of experience in physician or medical billing for complex specialties

Knowledge of third-party insurance regulations, coding, and billing practices

Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines

Computer skills, including mainframe and PC applications, are required
