About the Role : The Multimodality Technologist, under general supervision of a Radiologist, performs imaging procedures in two or more disciplines, with at least 25% focus in an advanced discipline such as CT, MR, Nuc Med or IR, on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols. Responsibilities : Performs high-quality multimodality imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Ensures accurate patient identification, communication, and comfort using AIDET principles and clear patient instructions. Monitors and manages radiation dose levels, follows up on any cases exceeding reference limits, and adheres to safety and infection-control procedures. Prepares patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining proper positioning, exposure settings, and sterile techniques. Maintains imaging equipment, work areas, and supply inventory while promptly reporting operational issues.
