We are seeking an experienced

• Partner-Level Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
• to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned trial lawyer or senior associate to join a dynamic, collaborative firm environment with strong administrative and paralegal support.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and litigate a full caseload of personal injury matters from complaint through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations and jury trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Lead case strategy, client communication, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Qualifications
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission a plus).
• Minimum
• 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• , including substantial trial experience.
• Proven track record of successful verdicts, settlements, and client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive base salary $200,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonuses
