Our client is a small Construction boutique firm seeking Partner level Attorney

Our client is an established, respected Manhattan Law firm looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney.

Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.

Candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings.

Significant NY Supreme Court Experience

Contract Negotiations

Job Requirements

10 Years Experience in construction.

Litigation experience a must

In office position 5 days a week.

Able to handle cases from start to finish with little over sight.

Salary $300,000-400,000
