The Senior Director, Clinical Development Analytics & RPT Orchestration will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital capabilities that accelerate our path from clinical development to commercial success. This role is critical to establishing data-driven decision-making frameworks across our medical organization while building the digital infrastructure necessary for successful RPT commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Organization Digital Excellence

• Serve as the primary digital and analytics partner to the Chief Medical Officer and development teams, establishing comprehensive digital strategies
• Lead clinical trial analytics initiatives to optimize study design, execution, and decision-making through advanced modeling and real-world data insights
• Develop and implement Medical Science Liaison (MSL) systems and analytics capabilities, integrating CRM platforms with clinical operations and commercial planning
• Design and oversee clinical supply chain optimization systems to ensure efficient delivery of radiopharmaceutical therapies to trial sites while minimizing waste
• Implement AI-driven algorithms for scheduling optimization and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Innovation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences) required; Advanced degree preferred

10+ years in digital analytics, data science, or related roles with proven pharmaceutical / biotech experience

Demonstrated leadership of analytics teams and successful delivery of enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives

Deep expertise in clinical trial operations, commercial analytics, and healthcare data management

Experience with cloud platforms, data architecture, and systems integration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, oncology and prostate cancer strongly preferred

Strong background in AI / ML, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics methodologies
