Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Here, students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms. The remainder of their day is devoted to practical, real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures, no filler assignments. The result : accelerated progress and performance in the top 1% nationally. This structure requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—and that relationship is your responsibility.

You will serve as the public-facing leader of your campus, responsible for enrollment growth, trust-building, and community advocacy. You'll facilitate high-impact information sessions, cultivate authentic community relationships, and transform curiosity into committed enrollment. Beyond that, you'll become the central point of contact for families once they are part of Alpha—responding to concerns, strengthening engagement, and developing parents into vocal advocates for the educational model.

This position offers significant trust and autonomy, with meaningful accountability. You will be stationed at a single campus, primarily on-site, accountable for tangible results—not simply executing a prescribed playbook. Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
