Key Responsibilities :

• Execute cooking and food preparation duties according to standardized recipes and production protocols.
• Set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment to ensure efficient food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Utilize kitchen utensils safely, including knives and larger cooking tools.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and other culinary equipment.
• Employ various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming for a wide range of dishes.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food in accordance with our established presentation standards.
• Adhere to food safety protocols for proper storage and handling of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, team members, and clients.
• Follow Aramark's safety policies and procedures while ensuring the security of company resources.

This role requires physical activity including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
