A company is looking for an Employee Health Plan Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service regarding Employee Health Plan (EHP) health insurance benefits and eligibility
Answer incoming calls and respond to correspondences from EHP members, providers, and internal departments
Utilize various systems to resolve issues related to insurance claims, billing, and provider-based billing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of experience in health insurance claims processing or customer service, or three years in a similar role
Previous customer service or billing experience
Proficiency in PC skills
