About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale programs focused on Service Cloud and multi-cloud implementations. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication for complex Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine a strong project management foundation with Salesforce delivery experience, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional, onshore / offshore teams.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery across Service Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.

Manage stakeholders, vendors, and executive communications to maintain delivery transparency.

Coordinate onshore / offshore development teams to ensure quality and timely outcomes.

Oversee project governance, risk / issue management, and change control processes.

Drive Agile / Waterfall hybrid delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.

Partner with architects and technical leads to manage integration-heavy Salesforce ecosystems.

Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and delivery reports for executive reviews.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of total project management experience.

5+ years managing Salesforce programs with proven Service Cloud delivery experience.

Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall hybrid delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.

Proven ability to lead distributed delivery models across time zones.

PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Prior experience managing multi-cloud Salesforce projects (Sales, Experience, Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
