We're seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect to lead a high-impact migration from BMC Remedy to Salesforce Service Cloud . The ideal candidate will define the migration roadmap, design architecture, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable Service Cloud architectures

Lead Remedy to Salesforce data and workflow migration

Define API integration strategy and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Oversee delivery governance, testing, and deployment

Requirements :

10+ years IT experience; 4+ years in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture

Hands-on integration and migration expertise

Strong BMC Remedy or ITSM background

Excellent communication and client leadership skills
