Cybersecurity Team Lead

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Support Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical teams focused on security infrastructure support in a hybrid environment

Oversee project management, technical risk analysis, and provide strategic technical guidance

Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs and performance metrics, in line with SLAs and KPIs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in security engineering and leadership roles

Experience managing a hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud operations

Proficiency in cybersecurity compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST, CDM)

Demonstrated experience with project management and technical teams

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
