Elite Sports Clubs, the leading destination for health, wellness, and fitness in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team. As a Tennis Pro, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tennis instruction and programming to our members of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities :

• Provide private and group tennis lessons to members of all ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and game improvement.
• Develop and implement engaging and innovative tennis clinics, camps, and programs for adults and juniors.
• Organize and supervise tennis leagues, tournaments, and social events to promote member engagement and community-building.
• Maintain tennis courts and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship among players.
• Assist in promoting tennis programs and events through marketing efforts and outreach to members.
• Collaborate with other tennis staff and department directors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
