Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the creation of high-quality training solutions for a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce effective learning experiences

Assist in the development of training content across various formats, including classroom instruction and eLearning modules

Apply instructional design methodologies to support course development and ensure materials meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in instructional design, focusing on adult learning and eLearning development

Experience designing interactive media elements at advanced IMI Level 2 and basic IMI Level 3

Proficient in Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience supporting federal programs, with a preference for U.S. Navy or military training programs

Bachelor's degree in a related field and ability to obtain a NACI clearance
