• Process RFQs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, performing cost analyses, and maintaining pricing records.
• Manage sales orders, verify purchase agreements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain order status updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, invoices, and product concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales to maintain product documentation and pricing.
• Prepare monthly KPIs, drive process improvements, and assist in developing pricing catalogs.
