Benefits Analyst

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Part-Time, Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related inquiries

Administer and maintain all employee benefit programs and support leave of absence management

Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and collaborate with teams for accurate benefit administration

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in benefits administration, including leave of absence management

Solid understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA)

Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (Workday preferred)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
