Your Role : Lead Dental Hygienist

As a Lead Dental Hygienist at Tend, you’ll do more than provide top-notch preventive care — you’ll set the standard for hygiene excellence in your studio. You’ll :

• Model best practices for patient care and mentor fellow hygienists and hygiene assistants.
• Collaborate with dentists and operations leaders to drive clinical and business success.
• Guide protocols, training, and continuous improvement for the hygiene team.

The Pay Range

$56 — $59 USD per hour
