We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team. As a Custodial Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons and staff.
Responsibilities : Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of all areas within the bar premises.
Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Wipe down surfaces, such as tables, chairs, bars, and countertops, to maintain cleanliness. Clean glass surfaces, such as windows and mirrors, to ensure they are free of smudges and streaks.
Replenish restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Ensure proper storage and disposal of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. Assist with setup and breakdown of events, as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies. Requirements : Prior experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper usage and storage.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with staff and customers.
