Pay : $80,000 – $85,000 per year + MONTHLY Bonus Opportunities

Requirements :
What We’re Looking For
This is not a shift supervisor role — we require a seasoned leader with large-team management experience.
Experience – Minimum 5 years of management experience, with a history of leading up to 50 direct reports. Transportation, logistics, or hospitality industry background strongly preferred.
Leadership – Proven ability to hire, coach, discipline, and inspire teams at scale.
Dispatch Knowledge – Familiarity with scheduling, routing, and dispatch systems.
Business Acumen – Understanding of operations and P&L management is a plus.
Communication – Strong written and verbal skills; bilingual is a bonus.
Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Flexibility – Open availability to support a 24 / 7 / 365 business (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
Physical Requirements – Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
