Manager of Payment Analytics & Reporting
The Manager of Payment Analytics & Reporting is responsible for leading and developing a team of payment and reporting analysts to support Nordstrom's credit portfolio and payments business. This role involves overseeing payments analytics, driving and helping to prioritize data needs, and supporting credit and payments reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. The manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to make recommendations that enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth. By leveraging data-driven insights, the manager will inform business cases and strategic decisions, ensuring the company meets its objectives while effectively managing expenses and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payment and reporting analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee analytics related to effectiveness and profitability of payments initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Finance, Marketing, Payments) to align analytics initiatives with business strategies.
Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into the credit and payments business.
Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of the consumer credit card industry.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team towards achieving collective goals.

$121,000.00 - $199,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses.
