Revenue Operations Analytics Manager

The Revenue Operations Analytics Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita's revenue and improve bottom-line performance.

As a Manager of Analytics, you will lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization.

Essential Functions :

• Demonstrates a strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets.
• Effectively demonstrates partner report request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.
• Leverages experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights.
• Demonstrates a consistent ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Leverages strong foundational business / revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.
