Senior Manager For Our Credits Team Within Revenue Operations
DaVita is hiring a Senior Manager for our Credits team within Revenue Operations. This position is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of government and non-government business lanes. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation to reduce overall inventory, looks for bulk remediation opportunities, and is fluent in maximizing their workforce. This individual will manage large projects and collaborate across multiple lanes of the revenue cycle. Communications will be tailored to differing audiences, from Senior Leadership to frontline teammates, and there will be ample opportunities to deliver persuasive recommendations to our Regulatory and Compliance teams. In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, people development, and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.
Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life. This position reports to a Director, Revenue Operations and may lead direct reports.

Salary / Wage Range $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour Washington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour Burien : $21.16 / hour Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour Renton : $20.90 / hour Seattle : $20.76 / hour Tukwila : $21.10 / hour Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour
