We're filling this role for a clienta luxury wellness center offering holistic health services in a hospitality-driven setting. Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of up to ten clinics under our brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, consistent patient experience, and sustainable growth across multiple locations.

The Operations Manager will serve as a direct partner in scaling the organizationbridging high-level strategy with day-to-day operational execution. They will lead and support Clinic General Managers, ensuring that each location meets its financial, clinical, and service goals while embodying our mission of extending vitality, healthspan, and longevity for our patients.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to up to 10 Clinic General Managers.
• Ensure alignment of each clinic with the overall mission, values, and growth objectives of the organization.
• Set performance expectations, monitor results, and hold GMs accountable for meeting operational and financial targets.
