Shift : Thursday - Friday, after the initial training, the schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday 7 : 00am -3 : 30pm

Description :

The initial contact for the facility or department, operates a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party. will be answering for 12 facilities.

Answer and route calls : Operate a multi-line switchboard to answer incoming calls and connect them to the correct person or department.

Take messages : Receive and accurately relay messages to staff who are unavailable.

Handle inquiries : Provide callers with information, such as hours of operation or directions.
