We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide information about products, services, and order statuses.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service.
Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
