We are looking to hire a Brand (Product) Manager II for the Club Spice Portfolio immediately in a Hybrid (50 / 50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview
The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for development and execution of growth strategies across the club channel for our flagship spices, seasonings and extracts portfolio that delivers sales, volume and profit objectives. Key responsibilities will be end-to-end management of the Club Spice Portfolio from forecasting, pipeline development, commercialization, selling content, activation strategy and commercialization via leadership of a cross-functional team. This role will work closely with sales, trade marketing, Brand Managers on the SPICE team and will report directly to the Go To Market Director.

Base Salary : $103,520 - 181,150.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and / or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan.
