Plastics Tooling Design Engineer - Extrusion Specialist (Full-time, permanent)

Located in Kohler, Wisconsin area. This position is onsite and not remote. Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. No relocation. Pay up to $90,000 annually. Full benefits. MasterCAM and Fusion 360 are used for design.

Responsibilities

• Creating plastic extrusion tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
• Directing the designing, building, modifying, installing and maintaining efforts
• Working with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and improve production processes
• Assisting machine operators and machinists
• Adjusting the extrusion tooling
