Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical sales experience, and a passion for building customer relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing product information, quotes, and order support.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding industrial hose, gasket, and related products.
• Enter sales and purchase orders accurately into the system and maintain up-to-date contract files.
• Source and quote custom or non-standard solutions based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Resolve delivery and order issues promptly and professionally.
