This will be a full time delivery driver position with an Amazon delivery partner. You will be responsible for delivering packages for Amazon.

Benefits & Scheduling for Delivery Driver :

• $21.50 / HR (paid Bi- weekly)
• $3000 sign on bonus (drivers must hit certain metrics in their first 90 days to qualify)
• Sun-Thur or Tues-Sat
• 5-day work week for full time
• We start at 11 : 00 AM until completion of all package delivery
• Weekend availability is a requirement
• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K, 2 weeks PTO (eligible after 90 days)

Responsibilities of Delivery Driver :

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to about 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations and go up / down stairs for deliveries
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements of Delivery Driver :

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted United States driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

We will provide a $3K sign-on bonus to pass down to each newly-hired DA who runs their first route between week 43-week 47 and completes a total of at least 15 routes between WK48 - WK51.
