Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
Customize interactions to meet individual customer needs and meet service quality goals
Utilize multiple systems to provide efficient solutions and educate customers on available features
Required Qualifications
Availability to high-speed internet and a private workspace
Ability to work between the hours of 7 : 45 AM - 7 : 00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Experience in a customer service-related position, strongly preferred
High volume call experience, strongly preferred
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Help Desk Ticketing Systems, strongly preferred
