Document Processor, BES

Role Summary :

The Document Processing Workflow Coordinator will work with their assigned team members to deliver high-quality, time-sensitive projects to requestors. To be successful in this role candidates must have a keen eye for detail, impeccable time management, and the ability to communicate clearly both over the phone and through e-mail. This is a technical role, so having an advanced software aptitude in the MS Office Suite and Adobe is required.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Accurately track time spent working on projects in a timekeeping system
• Use a project board to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Intake work requests from clients
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Receive instruction and project requests from team members
• Communicate with requestors when there are project questions
• Adapt quickly to new technologies & processes
• Ability to complete or learn project types such as :

o Convert, format, and edit Word documents

o Modify PDFs

o Data entry, mail merges

o Transcription

o Modify PowerPoint presentations

o Basic proofreading

o Transcription
