Job Title : Technical Program Manager

Job Description :

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to engineering team
  • Remain involved in all stages of the development life cycle
  • Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams Engineering UX Design Stakeholders to ensure that product aligns with programs overall objectives and goals
  • Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Effectively communicate plans benefits and results to a variety of audience from individual team member to leadership team
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope identify issues and devise contingency plans
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose highlevel information into details abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Skills Required :

  • Overall 12 years of experience with demonstrated technical program management experience and with at least 5 years of front end UI development
  • Must have front end UI development experience using React JavaScript jQuery HTML CSS etc
  • Demonstrated ability to rollup sleeves and work with team members in a handson capacity
  • Must have a successful track record of managing engineering programs
  • Proven track record of managing engineering pods using agile principles
  • Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to lead and coordinate with others to accomplish goals
  • Experience in using media queries to support multiple formfactors
  • Experience in responsive layout design and UI development
  • Understanding of accessibility requirement and implementation
  • Understanding of object oriented programming language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
