n nPhysical Therapist Requirements : n nGraduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university. nUnencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
nConduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
nProficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required). nCPR Certification. nPhysical Therapist Benefits : n nCompetitive pay rates of $70 -$90 per visit for Physical Therapists.
nFlexible scheduling options : full-time, part-time, and per diem. nOccupational Therapists can choose the population (pediatrics or geriatrics), location of patients and hours.
