REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year as Outsourcing Task Processor

Task processing experience to include procurement and payments for :

Delinquencies

Parcel issues

Tax sales

Exemptions

Refunds

High School Diploma or GED

Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Typing speed : 50+ WPM; 10-key by touch (8k+ keystrokes, 98% accuracy)

Experience Black Knight (MSP), or Fiserv systems preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Tax Service or Mortgage Servicing experience
• Experience interpreting loan notes or payment histories
• Strong ability to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$19 / hr

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

MUST be willing to work OT as needed depending on business needs

W2 Contract

ROLE IMPACT

Ensures the accurate processing and resolution of tax-related tasks stemming from lender, internal, or customer requests

Success in this role supports lender compliance with tax deadlines and SLAs, safeguards escrow processes, and minimizes risk related to tax penalties

Work independently with minimal supervision and ensure accurate, timely communication and documentation across tax jurisdictions and business partners
