What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter potential security-related risks within a technology-oriented environment.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with team members and site contacts to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
