Position Overview
We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team. In this B2B sales role, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and enrolling new businesses into the iTrade network. If you're motivated by relationship building and you're a proven closer, this is the role for you.
At iTrade, you'll help new businesses get started, support small businesses as they grow, and empower established businesses to reach new heights of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential business clients through in-person visits, phone, email, and networking events
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to explain the benefits of iTrade membership
- Close new business accounts and onboard clients into the trade network
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly new account goals
- Represent iTrade at local events, business expos, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with face-to-face cold calling, phone prospecting, and self-lead generationHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and organizedPrior experience in advertising, media sales, or barter exchange is a plusBase salary + commissionInternally funded dental and health benefitsPaid time off (PTO) and holidaysFamily-oriented work cultureOngoing training and supportJoin Our Team
