Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! Were seeking dedicated team members to join our team with the mission of completing extraordinary bathroom remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

2 Open Positions - looking for one person per territory

Upper Territory : Broomfield, Brighton, Arvada

Lower Territory : Lakewood, Denver, Wheat Ridge

We Offer :

Flexible Schedule : This could be part-time or full-time. You create your schedule.

Competitive Compensation : Unlimited / uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. 10% on anything you sell. After 90 days salary conversations could start.

Paid Training and Development : We will provide continuous design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Be outbound walking neighborhoods / making cold calls.

Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end. We offer white glove service.

Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.

Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).

Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.

Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.

Qualifications :

High attention to detail

Computer and smartphone proficient (must own your own)

Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

Must have a vehicle

Money motivated
