Billing, Invoicing & Customer Service Associate
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing, Invoicing & Customer Service Associate to support a blended role covering billing, accounts receivable, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in billing processes, excellent communication skills, and solid Excel capabilities. Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and on schedule; managing accounts receivable, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding balances; responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding invoices, account status, and billing issues; resolving billing discrepancies in a timely, detail-oriented manner; maintaining detailed and organized billing records; collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing data and smooth customer experience; and supporting additional administrative tasks related to billing and AR as needed.
Requirements include prior experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, strong working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic analysis), excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities, and a customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
