Our Front of House (FOH) Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service, hospitality to our guests, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, stay connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day and every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done as a team is required.
