Senior Visual Designer, Brand & Marketing : 25-06319

Summary : This fully remote design role (west coast hours required) seeks a passionate and creative Senior Visual Designer who can blend strong visual design craft with business impact. The candidate should be a collaborative team player, excellent communicator, problem solver, and advocate for customer-centric design across marketing and brand experiences.

Responsibilities

Gain product knowledge across the suite of offerings to design meaningful end-to-end experiences.

Create purposeful, customer-focused designs that guide small businesses toward the right product.

Collaborate with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to achieve business objectives.

Uphold and leverage a robust design system across multiple marketing channels.

Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform experience design.

Present and defend design rationale using data, expertise, and industry trends.

Conceptualize a wide range of ideas and narrow through experimentation and research.

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and time management.

Partner closely with marketing teams to innovate and drive business results.

Must Have Skills

Visual Design – Ability to create functional, beautiful, and impactful designs across web, email, and product experiences.

Collaboration – Skilled in working cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and product teams to achieve business goals.

Figma – Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, asset optimization, and design system usage.

Communication – Strong presentation and storytelling skills to clearly explain and defend design rationale.

Marketing Acumen – Understanding of marketing funnels and digital channels to design for measurable customer impact.
