Job Details

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end design process across key product areas — from early research and ideation through to prototyping and polished UI delivery.

Partner closely with users, founders, engineers, and product stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and create elegant, user-first design solutions.

Conduct interviews, usability sessions, and analysis to uncover insights that drive smart, thoughtful design choices.

Be a strong advocate for human-centered design throughout the company, helping to shape a culture of empathy and design thinking.

Help build and evolve our design systems and visual standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across every customer touchpoint.

Keep an eye on emerging UX patterns, AI-enabled workflows, and industry tools to help the team stay ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of hands-on product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of UX strategy and visual polish, especially for complex, enterprise-facing software.

Experience working on business-critical areas within B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in production environments.

Background in at least one of the following domains is a plus : cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, enterprise security, or system monitoring.

Formal training in UX, HCI, or a related discipline. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

A deep understanding of user research, journey mapping, and usability testing, with a strong user empathy mindset.

Solid skills in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture, with a refined eye for usability in complex workflows.

Fluent with modern design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or similar).

Comfortable using (or exploring) AI-enhanced tools to streamline design work and boost creativity.

Strong collaboration skills and clear communication, both within design and across disciplines.

Excels in a fast-moving, startup setting where adaptability, initiative, and experimentation are valued.
