Pharmacy Technician Call Specialist

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care in a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment

Process prescription information accurately and efficiently

Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred

Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred

Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, primarily sitting at a desk
