Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Type : Full-time, PRN

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

Knowledge of therapy principles, materials, and equipment

Understanding of patient safety and treatment precautions

Training in prescriptive devices (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) preferred

Experience with Medicare / third-party reimbursement and Net Health a plus

Emotional stability and commitment to confidentiality

What You'll Do

Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of licensed therapists.

Assist patients in developing, recovering, and maintaining daily living skills.

Use modern therapeutic equipment and methods to promote recovery.

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
