Veterinary Technician

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team.

Position Summary :

As a Veterinary Technician, you will support our veterinarians in delivering top-quality medical care to our patients. Your role will involve direct animal care, assisting during procedures, client education, and maintaining a clean and efficient clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and treatments

Monitor vital signs and administer medications

Collect and prepare lab samples

Perform dental cleanings and radiographs

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Educate pet owners on home care, nutrition, and post-operative instructions

Ensure cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment

Qualifications :

Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is highly desired

Certification as a Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, or RVT) is preferred but not required

Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of veterinary medical terminology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
