As well as no experience needed, we train from within, on strategies and execution to help achieve goals Confidence and preparedness Ability to build rapport with clients Quick turn around on payout, no back logging pay Up front percentages Full commission with bonuses and incentives Company vehicle Full training Weekly / Annual Pay is directly based on your performance and drive to succeed, there are maximums on payouts. Average payout will be $75-$100k, with Top earners reaching $200k+ with business incentives

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing projects and developing raport with clients to drive company revenue through a sales roll, directly handling insurance and non insurance claims for exterior construction.
We are looking to hire, train and keep long term sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- On-site visits while projects are being constructed to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Work company leads and self generated leads
