Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles every monthExhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfactionAttend product and sales training courses and sales meetings as requested by managerKeep up to date on new products and services within the industryApproach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer on the showroom or lotExhibit consultative selling skills – assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment available for customer purchaseMaintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfactionMaintain a prospect development systemLog all customer interactions in the store’s CRM systemTurn 100% of closed deals over to a finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperworkDeliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperworkIntroduce customers to the service department personnel and emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the store’s service departmentSchedule the first service appointmentFollow up on all post-delivery items, tag / title work, “we-owes”, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are metReview and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectivelySupport the store’s online reputation by facilitating customer reviews on different platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Dealer Rater, etc.)Conduct business in an ethical and professional mannerMaintain a positive attitude and be ready to work in a team environment every dayOther tasks as assignedQualifications
