As a Procurement Intern at Cencora, you'll be provided with the opportunity to leverage your academic understanding in a real-world, business driven environment. Working on the Procurement Operations & Governance team you will collaborate with the Information Technology, International, and Global Indirect Procurement teams, to assist across a combination of daily support and ongoing project work. Specifically, you can expect to work with developing on-demand analytical reports, system integrations, RFx events, as well as broad end user training of both procurement software and custom reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities :

• Provide general support to end users of the Global Indirect Procurement software systems used for activities across sourcing and contracting
• Perform data mining across internal and external Global Indirect Procurement source systems
• Maintain integrity of internal Global Indirect Procurement master data by performing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Conduct data analyses using traditional and advanced models to support research effort.
• Exposure to the procurement process, including RFx events, negotiation, vendor selection, and implementation
• Create presentation materials for members of the management team.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and implement necessary changes or upgrades
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Cencora.

Experience and Educational Requirements :

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in fields such as business administration, supply chain management, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations

Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future
