ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Operations Analyst at Tech Etch, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing solutions for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing overall business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to implement changes and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports and forecasts using statistical modeling and data analysis to provide insights into operational performance.
• Implement new processes, policies, and protocols, and monitor their effectiveness.

Schedule : Hybrid Role based in Plymouth, MA, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $56,000- $64,000 annually.

This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $56,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
