This contract role includes per diem, temp housing, and travel allowance.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of current and long-term organizational plans to strategize and achieve goals effectively
- Determine objectives for divisions and departments, prioritize tasks, and anticipate potential challenges and opportunities
- Build and lead effective teams, fostering collaboration and empowering individuals to excel
- Assess staff strengths and development needs, provide constructive feedback, and promote personal and professional growth
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure a seamless approach to patient care and organizational goals
- Develop, monitor, and improve programs, implementing quality assurance measures for continuous enhancement
- Manage staffing levels efficiently, balancing patient acuity and budgetary constraints to ensure optimal coverage
- Develop and manage budgets meticulously, maintaining financial accountability and ensuring sustainable operations
Qualifications
- BSN, Master's preferred
- 5 years in clinical nursing
- 5 years in clinical leadership, 2 years supervision
- Current RN license in State
- BLS required
